1. Identification

IMPULSUS Strategic Growth Architecture (hereinafter, "IMPULSUS") is a strategic firm headquartered in Pereira, Colombia, dedicated to designing growth architectures for experts, expanding businesses, and organizations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing and using this website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions contained herein, you must refrain from using the site.

IMPULSUS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Services and Impulses

IMPULSUS offers strategic interventions called Impulses, organized across five dimensions: Structure, Brand, Platform, Marketing, and Intelligent System. Each Impulse may be contracted independently or as part of a combined growth route.

The specific conditions of each intervention — scope, deliverables, timelines, and value — are established in a formal commercial proposal and in the service agreement signed between the parties. In case of contradiction between those documents and these terms, the documents signed between the parties shall prevail.

4. Engagement and Payment Process

Currently, payment for IMPULSUS services is processed through mechanisms external to the website (bank transfer, direct invoicing, or other agreed means). The site does not process online payments at this stage.

When online payment is enabled, these terms will be updated to include:

• Enabled payment gateways and their conditions
• Transaction processing timelines
• Applicable refund procedures
• Chargeback and dispute policies

Every commercial proposal has a validity period indicated in the document. Once that period has elapsed without confirmation, IMPULSUS reserves the right to adjust conditions and pricing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the service agreement signed for each intervention. In the absence of a specific provision, the following general conditions apply:

• Cancellation before the intervention begins: full refund of any advance payments made, except for documented expenses already incurred.
• Cancellation during the intervention: work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced on a proportional basis.
• No refunds apply to interventions that have been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.

IMPULSUS commits to documenting the progress of each intervention to facilitate any settlement process.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on this site — including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, conceptual models, and code — is the property of IMPULSUS or its respective owners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Colombia and internationally.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any element of the site without prior written authorization from IMPULSUS is strictly prohibited.

Deliverables produced within the scope of a contracted intervention are transferred to the client upon completion of the agreed total payment, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPULSUS does not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or free of errors. Use of the site is at the user's sole responsibility.

Results derived from IMPULSUS interventions depend on multiple factors internal and external to the firm's control. IMPULSUS commits to the methodological quality of its work but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

In no event shall IMPULSUS be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or contracted services, beyond the economic value of the specific intervention in question.

8. Confidentiality

IMPULSUS treats with strict confidentiality all strategic, financial, and operational information shared by clients within the scope of an intervention. This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's express consent, except as required by law.

Likewise, the client agrees to treat as confidential the methodology, models, and proprietary frameworks of IMPULSUS to which they have access during the intervention.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pereira, Colombia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

For users located in the European Union, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) additionally apply with respect to the processing of personal data.

10. Modifications

IMPULSUS reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with the last updated date indicated in the document header.
